I was able to get 2 random days off work in October so we decided to take a quick spontaneous trip to Disneyland. Scott's Uncle Doug lives down there and it was his first week of retirement so we had a blast! I hadn't been to Disneyland for years and thought there were a lot more roller coasters but we still had such a great time. We saw the Halloween decorations and not too many crowds.
We saw some Western show while resting and Scott was chosen to act like a drunk guy. He tried to
ad-lib some lines and it was funny but not totally appreciated...
On our second day we ran into our friend who had just moved to Chicago. It was so fun to see her and cute Morgan!
This was one of our favorite rides. Cars Land is AWESOME!

And this was another favorite ride. You relive the movie and then have a race with another car. Too bad the line was 2 hours or we would have gone again.
Yeah, we rode this one quite a few times. Boys sure do like to shoot things!

Pretty sure this is Rushton's most favorite post ever. We scroll slowly down through all the pictures, and each time we get to the bottom, he says, "Now let's go back to the beginning and look at them again." Also, I just have to tell you how smart/observant he is because you're my sister and you have to indulge me in these kinds of things. When he saw the photo of the red car in the ride, he noted that that is NOT Lightning McQueet because Lightning has BLUE eyes and that car has GREEN eyes. Right you are, my boy. Right you are!
